Well we got our new Drum Shield. It is the Phoenix Slim from
Whitley Solutions. I was looking for a seamless shield to replace our old Clear Sonic which we have had for about eleven years and was getting pretty banged up. The new shield looks great and works great. This pic is from our first sound check with this beauty.

Greetings from Anchorage Alaska. We are looking into getting the Phoenix Slim, but at such a high shipping cost, I'm trying to do a lot of research. For the past year, we have had no drum shield at all using a custom kit from Alaska Custom Drums similar to the one in this pic from your church. Do you feel like the "slim" works well at reducing the db level. Our stage just can't handle the size of the bigger models. Thanks for any feedback. My e-mail address is medington@faithak.com.
